Salve, avrei bisogno di qualche chiarimento circa la Asus 6600GT...

è normale che in idle mi sta sui 42 gradi e in full mi arriva tranquillamente anke a 60/65? a me sembrano tantini...che ne dite?a voi che temp risultano?

per la rilevazione della temp uso una utility fornita da asus che avevo sentito dire poco veritiera...sapete indicarmi qualche altro programma per fare la controporva?

ciao,ci si risente sulla mia 6600 gt temp idle 39° in full 55° ma ho un case molto ben areato (con relativo rumore) x cui le temp che hai credo siano nella norma(x una gpu)

solo anke io tengo il case aperto per far circolare un po' di aria... hl2 è qualcosa di ...... indefinibile,del rumore nn mi importa + di tanto...

cmq la mia e una PCI-E...

Sì, è normalissimo...
La gpu supporta un calore molto più elevate rispetto ai processori, in teoria fino a 127°...

infatti ho una finestrella con scritto "soglia di rallentamento del core" 127°

Scaricati Rivatuner e vedi da lì..

possibile invece...

non tutte le 6600 gt hanno la temperatura...al max la rilevi installando i coolbits...e alle volte manco con quelli.

Sentendo parlare tutti di temperature con quelle schede non mi è neanche venuto il dubbio.

sottolineo i coolbit 2 che sono la versione nuova dei vecchi coolbit

Tutte le 6600gt (AGP e PCI)hanno un sensore per il rilevamento hardware della temperatura!
Non sono i programmi o le utility che la possono rilevare se non viene installato o modificato l'attuale BIOS della scheda.
Io con i RivaTuner e con le utility Nvidia non riuscivo a leggere la temp., dopo aver caricato il Bios modificato (la guida l'ho trovata in internet, ma non ho sottomano il link ) invece tutto è tornato visibile

3. Search for “04031201” (make sure you are in Hex mode, click the dropdown menu next to the binoculars and select “HEX”), right after that sequence you should see “10 0A 01 11”. Highlight the “10” in the string and change it to “00” so it looks like this, “00 0A 01 11”

4. Save the edited bios to your floppy. Be sure to save it as something different then the original (we want to keep the original intact incase something goes wrong). To keep things simple, save it as “Biosmod.rom”.

Step 4: Flash your card with the edited BIOS.

1. With the floppy you created still in your drive, restart your computer and let it boot off of the floppy.

2. Type "nvflash -5 -6 biosmod.rom” (without quotes) and hit ‘enter’.

Nvflash will now flash your cards BIOS. When it’s done, remove the floppy and restart your computer.


Congratulations! You should now be able to monitor the temperature of your Nvidia GeForce 6600.

Io la temperatura delle schede nvidia che ho avuto e ho tutt'ora le vedo andando in proprieta' schermo-avanzate-"nome scheda"(es: 6600 gt)-impostazioni temperatura.....senza aggiornare bios ne roba del genere.
Cmq delle 6600 gt ho provato la versione tdh ed extreme della leadtek e la temperatura e' influenzata molto dal ricircolo d'aria(infatti mettendo 2 extreme in sli quella che stava sotto era + calda di 3 gradi),stavano nella media di 42° in idle e 55-60 sotto carico,pero' per fortuna le schede che ho avuto io avevano le ventole silenziosissime.
